Carsten Sennov

• Carsten Sennov, born in 1962; is the managing partner of SennovPartners, which he started in 2004. Here he works as a consultant, coach, advisor and board member for smaller and larger companies. Read examples of tasks under The Entrepreneur phase, The Expansion Phase and The Efficiency Phase.
• As CEO and co-owner of Good Adventures Publishing, Carsten Sennov is responsible for publishing and selling the company's books in Scandinavia, Estonia and in all English speaking countries.

• Carsten Sennov is responsible for SennovPartners' franchise-based training business including the continued international expansion. Today courses are offered through local instructors and franchisees in Scandinavia and the Baltic region.
• Most of 2008 Carsten Sennov worked for Vaekstfonden, the Danish State investment fund, with an incubation project within the CleanTech area. The goal was to start an international growth company reaching €50 mill. in revenue in 5-7 years with him as the CEO and co-owner. The initial task included scoping of project, testing the business opportunity, building relationship with potential customers, suppliers, key employees and finally creating the business plan, so that a go/no go decision could be made in Q4 2008. November 2008 his recommendation for not starting the company was agreed upon and the project was closed down.
• Carsten Sennov was Deputy CEO at Capgemini Denmark, where he was employed in the period 1999-2003. Here he was also directly responsible for Capgemini's largest division - the Technology Services division, which included systems development and integration as well as implementation of ERP systems. He was also Deputy CEO for this division at the Nordic level.
• Carsten Sennov worked in the period 1991-1998 for Gartner; the last four years based in Sydney, Australia where he was Operations Director for Gartner Measurement Asia Pacific, Gartner's Benchmarking and Best Practice Division.
• Carsten Sennov has also worked in product specialist and sales roles for Gartner Group. He started his career in sales at IBM in 1987.
• Carsten Sennov has been practising sports at elite level and has travelled extensively. Among others he sailed across the Atlantic Ocean in a riverboat and later on travelled six months in the Australian Outback.
